11kw 15kWh is a stacked photovoltaic-storage integrated machine, which integrates the functions of an inverter, a solar controller, and an energy storage battery. The product also has an UPS function. Its LCD display and buttons can be used to change configurations, such as the battery charging current, the priority of AC/solar charger, and the input voltage.

3. Announcements

1. Before use, please read the instruction manual carefully and use the equipment correctly. Do not use it in damp, high-temperature, low-temperature or flammable gas environments, otherwise it may cause equipment failure and even damage other electrical appliances.
2. The system’s operating temperature range is -10°C to 40°C. If the battery is used below -10°C, the capacity of the lithium iron phosphate battery will decrease, shortening the charging and discharging time. If the ambient temperature is too low, the protection function will be activated and the system will not work properly. If the ambient temperature is too high, ensure the product’s ventilation and heat dissipation are adequate.
3. The built-in inverter is an off-grid inverter.
3.1. It is strictly prohibited to connect any other AC power source to the inverter. The AC output interface must not be connected to mains power, which may cause the inverter to catch fire.
3.2. When the inverter outputs 230V with high load power or inductive loads, the screen may be disturbed, blurry or incomplete. Therefore, the LCD display will automatically update every 2 minutes. If you want to solve this problem quickly, when the screen shows: “Please note that the battery is protected”, there are two situations:
3.2.1. Overcharging causes battery protection. Disconnect the solar panel to consume part of the battery power.
3.2.2. The air switch is not turned on.
4. Ensure the load matches the inverter’s capacity when driving inductive loads (e.g., motor, electric fan, air conditioner, etc.).
5. When the connected load is within the generator’s power range, this system only supports inductive loads with an output power of 1/4 or 1/3 of the rated power.
6. The system’s output and input voltages are both higher than the safety voltage of the human body.
